Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Location: 2000 Argentia Rd, Mississauga, ON L5N 1V9

Job Type: Part-Time, Onsite

Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break). Potential to increase to 37.5 hours per week after 3 months based on performance.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base.

Job Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with major employers. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring that Maple HR Inc. is the preferred recruitment partner for their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Initiate contact with major employers and decision-makers to introduce our recruitment services.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor recruitment solutions that meet client needs.
Negotiate contracts and terms of service with new clients.
Track and report on client acquisition efforts, revenue generation, and overall performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or HR industry.
Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of C$ 22.00 with the potential for increased hours after 3 months based on performance.
Commission income of 5% of the monthly revenue for new client acquisitions and revenue from new clients.
Retention bonus of 5% of the total revenue for 6 months, paid at the end of every 6-month period.
